Casing end seals

Multiple end seal MAM-R

When multiple pipes or cables need to be led through a cable conduit or large eccentricities have to be bypassed, this end seal is the right choice.
The MAM-R has thick walls and is made of high-quality soft elastomer. It is attached on the carrier pipes/cables with tightening straps/turnbuckles (included in delivery) and is tight against pressing water.

Casing end seal ASM-G (closed)

In general, the ASM-G casing end seal is only used when installing new pipelines. 
Due to its various mounting options, it is especially suitable where thermal energy causes displacements (e.g. in district heating pipelines). 
The end seal can be produced in nearly any size and can be inserted into the cable conduit even when the carrier pipe lies in an eccentric position. The component is attached on the carrier pipe/cable conduit with tightening straps/turnbuckles (included in delivery) and protects the annular space against dirt and non-pressing water.

Casing end seal ASM-O (open)

In general, the ASM-O casing end seal is only used for pipelines already installed. 
Due to its various mounting options, it is especially suitable where thermal energy causes displacements (e.g. in district heating pipelines). 
The end seal can be produced in nearly any size and can be inserted into the cable conduit even when the carrier pipe lies in an eccentric position. The component is closed directly above the carrier pipe and the cable conduit with a special glue (included in the delivery) and attached to the carrier pipe/cable conduit with tightening straps/turnbuckles (included in delivery). The ASM-O protects the annular space against dirt and non-pressing water.

Casing end seal ASM-DF (flexible flange)

In general, the ASM-DF casing end seal is only used when installing new pipelines. 
Due to its distinct flexible flange, it is especially suitable where thermal energy causes displacements (e.g. in district heating pipelines). 
The end seal is available in many common carrier pipe/cable conduit sizes and is inserted into the conduit when the carrier pipe lies in a centric position. The component is attached on the carrier pipe/cable conduit with tightening straps/turnbuckles (included in delivery). It is tight against non-pressing water.

Special casing end seal

Delivery includes:
  • EPDM end seal with stainless steel V2A/AISI 304 flange (version with flexible flange)
  • Stainless steel V2A/AISI 304 tightening strap for carrier pipe
  • EPDM sealing flange (10 mm) between wall and steel flange
  • Brass expansion bolt M 10
  • Screws and washers M 10 made of stainless steel V2A/AISI 304
